Today I have not worked out. You are supposed to take one day off in the training cycle and since we went on a tour outside, I considered that as my workout. The weather was beautiful and there is still so much to see in the area. Tomorrow I will get back on track and the next day off will not be before next weekend. I feel beat, tired and exhausted although not having worked out but that is due to the fresh air and the “hiking” we did today.
The pain in my muscles has lessened a lot and I just feel that I get stronger. I feel good and I am looking forward to the training tomorrow.
