Today I have a little advice in case you feel getting demotivated – A calendar on the wall, showing the days that you already did and the goal, really helps. You can cross down the days and that alone is motivating.
Tomorrow I will take the one-day-break that is allowed within the 7 day work out. I guess I will see what we will do tomorrow for an alternative. 🙂
