Today my stamina was even better. I was able to really push through all the exercises and the only time I was a bit weak at was the butt-work out :D.
Of course my diet plan went out the window. The only think I actually kept was a large steak for dinner. 😛 Lets see if the eggs for breakfast will be on the plate tomorrow morning. For breakfast today I just had a toast, a glas of juice and a coffee. For lunch I had Clam Chowder soup. I feel fine though.
It is really weird that even though I feel drained I am actually able to complete the whole work out.
