There are muscles in my back that I did not even know I had. I noticed it the first time, when I started working out. Before that it was barely noticable. It really hurt. I took my breaks as suggested but I have to say that this one is almost killing me. Never in my life have I ever sweat so much while working out. I am already starting to think that I might have done something wrong in the past? 😛 Sweat was literally dripping down from my forehead… *eewwwww*…
I did good though even though I was about to hit stop after 20 minutes. I told myself – NO – that is how the lazyness starts. You skip this or that exercise or just stop the work out after a couple of minutes totally…. No way!
Afterwards I was so beat that I went to bed almost instantly.
